If you are on facebook and are encountering the many many scammers there are a few things that you can look for to avoid being scammed. Look at their pictures and who is leaving emojis on them. Look at their friends list if possible. Look at their about information if they are following Cameroon or Nigerian sites don't send them money. Check peoples pages to see if they have reviews. Insist on video chat where you can see who you are talking to and the puppies. Call them or ask them to call you. Reputable breeders ask for a modest holding fee such as 300.00 to 500.00 so that is not a red flag in and of itself. Only send a holding fee after checking off all of the things I have mentioned.
